By Rail
There is a station at Kingham served by First Great Western Trains. There are regular direct services from London Paddington in the South and from Worcester, where you can connect with services to Birmingham and the North. We provide a shuttle service from Kingham station to Kingham Hill School. This meets all the trains from London between 3pm and 6.30pm on the day of arrival. Outside of these times you can ring to be picked up - details are given in your joining instructions.
By Air
London Heathrow, London Gatwick and Birmingham International are the most convenient airports. Kingham can be reached from both London Airports by Rail (via London see below), or by RailAir Coach to Oxford and local bus to Chipping Norton.
- Heathrow: Heathrow Express trains run every 15 minutes to London Paddington (journey time 16 minutes).
- Gatwick: Gatwick Express trains run every 15 minutes into London Victoria (Journey time 30 minutes). Connect with London Paddington by Underground.
- Birmingham International: Bus shuttle between airport terminal and rail station. Travel to Birmingham New Street for connections to Kingham.
